Open plan living and a study are on the top floor of this new build house to take advantage of the extra height under the mono pitched roof, better daylight and views. The garage roof forms the large terrace, connecting the living space to the garden with an external stair. Bedrooms are located on ground floor to allow direct access to the garden with utility and storage space located in the basement.
